How to spot the latest scams.

To make a report to us, you can call our Customer Care Team at 888-NCB-FIRST (622-3477). You can also send an email to [email protected]. All you will need to provide is some basic information, such as your name, account number, and the type of fraud you suspect. Try to give as much information as possible.

Besides alerting the bank, you should also report it to your local police department within 24 hours of the incident.

When should you make a report?

  1. If you receive a phishing email or smishing text message that appears to be from your bank.
  2. If you receive a phone call from someone who claims to be from your bank and asks for your personal information.
  3. If you notice unauthorised charges on your bank account or credit card statement.
  4. If you lose your debit or credit card.

Be sure to keep a copy of your report for your records. You may also want to make copies of any evidence you have of the fraud, like screenshots of phishing emails or smishing text messages, as well as phone call records.

By reporting fraud, you help protect yourself and others from becoming victims.
